Cakes, cookies & cut fruit
Many kinds of cakes and cookies, and a variety of fresh-cut fruit.
Our Division for Kosher Rooms keeps the Kosher rooms of most New York City hospitals, plus hospitals and mental health centers across New York, stocked with food.

The Kosher room in each hospital is stocked with food that is ready when a patient or a family member needs it.
Dairy goods, blintzes and eggplant parmigiana sit beside all kinds of hot and cold dishes, ready to take and eat. It is there every day, for anyone sitting through a long night in the hospital.

Real moments from our Franklin Avenue prep space: meals plated, packed and ready to go out to the Kosher rooms.
Beyond the daily meals: treats on the shelves, a full Shabbos, and Yom Tov done properly.

A complete Shabbos menu in the Kosher rooms, so patients and their families can keep Shabbos in full, even in the hospital.
Beautiful Yom Tov meals, together with the necessities that each Yom Tov calls for.
When a patient comes to New York for treatment, we look after the whole family.
We provide everything needed for their stay: an apartment, food, laundry and whatever else the family requires while they are here. Often that includes clothing and tuition for the children as well.
From trusted caterers, prepared and packed at Franklin Avenue, driven by volunteers, waiting on the Kosher room shelf. Deliveries go out multiple times a week, with everything in place for Shabbos and Yom Tov.
Soups, chicken, kugels and blintzes from high-quality caterers and food companies, warmed, plated and packed at Franklin Avenue.
Private volunteers load their cars and restock the rooms multiple times a week.
The rooms stay stocked between deliveries, so food is there at any hour of the night.
